Du f\u00e5r tips och r\u00e5d om hur du st\u00e4rker din handlingsberedskap. Denna kurs inneh\u00e5ller f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar, gruppsamtal med fysioterapeut och en \u00f6vning i att uttrycka upplevelser med f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kursstart: tisdag 21 april 2020<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTid: kl. 15.00-17.15, fika ing\u00e5r (kaffe\/te och frukt).<br \/>\nPlats: Koltrasten US\u00d6.
